Future Roadmap

Novoment Academy is designed to grow over multiple years. This roadmap outlines how we plan to expand our courses, subjects, and platform features over time, while keeping our core learning materials free of charge.

The timeline below is a forward-looking plan and may evolve as we learn from learners, educators, and partners, but it reflects the overall direction and level of ambition for Novoment Academy.

Timeline at a Glance

Year 1 – Foundation

Launch core science and mathematics materials, initial humanities support, and the first Science Video Challenge cycle.

Year 2 – Expansion

Expand subject coverage, add more humanities content, and introduce structured learning pathways and a basic learner dashboard.

Year 3–5 – Deepening & Recognition

Align courses with recognised curricula, broaden subject offerings, and strengthen the platform and its educational credibility.

Year 1 – Foundation

The initial phase focuses on building a reliable base of free academic content and a stable platform to host it.

  • Launch the Novoment Academy website with a focus on clarity and accessibility.
  • Release core learning materials in:
    • Biology – foundational concepts and key systems
    • Chemistry – stoichiometry, bonding, and essential topics
    • Physics – mechanics and core principles
    • Mathematics – algebra, functions, and pre-calculus topics
  • Provide introductory materials in English writing and study skills.
  • Run the first Novoment Science Video Challenge cycle as a flagship enrichment program.

Key Outcomes

By the end of the foundation year, learners should be able to follow clear, structured resources in major STEM subjects, access at least one humanities-focused strand, and participate in an enrichment challenge that rewards communication and creativity.

Year 2 – Subject Expansion & Platform Features

Building on the foundation, the second phase focuses on widening the subject range and strengthening the way learners navigate and track their studies.

  • Extend science and mathematics content into more advanced units.
  • Develop structured strands in:
    • English – reading comprehension, essay writing, and analysis
    • Politics – comparative political systems and basic theory
    • Economics – core microeconomic ideas
  • Introduce clearly defined learning pathways (for example, “Science Fundamentals Track” or “Academic English Track”).
  • Add basic learner accounts and a simple dashboard for tracking progress through materials.

Key Outcomes

By the end of this phase, Novoment Academy should offer a broader set of free materials across both STEM and humanities, with learners able to follow recommended sequences rather than isolated topics.

Year 3 – Curriculum Alignment & Depth

The third phase focuses on aligning content more closely with established curricula and deepening the quality and structure of what is already available.

  • Align course outlines with major international curricula where possible (for example, commonly used outcomes in international science and mathematics pathways).
  • Refine and expand assessment-style questions, practice sets, and worked solutions.
  • Enhance English, politics, and economics materials with more advanced modules.
  • Improve platform navigation, search, and topic mapping so learners can easily see how topics connect.

Key Outcomes

By this stage, Novoment materials should feel more like complete course pathways, supporting learners who are preparing for school exams or external qualifications, even though Novoment itself does not issue formal diplomas.

Year 4 – Broad Subject Coverage & Learning Communities

The fourth phase expands the subject catalogue further and begins to add collaborative and community elements around the core materials.

  • Introduce additional subjects such as:
    • Sociology and psychology
    • Geography and environmental science
    • Business studies and related topics
  • Develop optional discussion spaces or study groups to support peer learning.
  • Offer more frequent enrichment challenges across different subjects.

Key Outcomes

At this point, Novoment Academy should feel like a broadly based academic platform, with a mixture of content, practice, and enrichment opportunities spanning multiple disciplines.

Year 5 – Consolidation & Long-Term Stability

The fifth phase focuses on strengthening what already exists, improving quality and reliability, and consolidating the platform into a stable long-term resource.

  • Review and update earlier materials to reflect feedback and changes in curricula.
  • Refine learning pathways, topic sequencing, and guidance for different types of learners.
  • Strengthen documentation of Novoment’s internal standards for content quality and pedagogy.
  • Explore sustainable models that allow the platform to continue offering free core materials while supporting maintenance and growth.

Long-Term Direction

Beyond the initial five-year horizon, the priority is to keep improving clarity, depth, and accessibility. The long-term aim is for Novoment Academy to remain a stable, trusted place where learners can return whenever they need clear, structured academic support, with free core resources at its heart.
